Diabetes herb is Gudmar or Gulmar

The most important diabetes herb is Gudmar or Gulmar. Its 8-10 leaves along with a small piece of Beheda(Vibhitaki) fruit skin and 10 gm Jamun seed powder with 5 ml cow urine can be ground together or decoction taken early morning and evening. 10-15 minutes before food is also OK.

For those who can not obtain urine of a healthy, grass eating cow in the neighbourhood, this 'Gudmaradi Ark' can be used.

Dosage:
In general, 1 tsp (teaspoon) of gudmaradi ark with half glass water in morning and evening before meals. People with acidity should take it after the meals. If acidity increases, reduce the amount  of ark to half tsp (teaspoon). Other diabetic preventions/restrictions should continue.

Above guidance is simply an advice. Please contact a qualified physician for exact dosage and body type (kapha, pitta, vata).

No side effects have been reported so far.

Contains: Gudmara, Amala, Haladi, Methi, Jambubeej, Karela, Kadu Chirayota, Gomutra
